Herbalife in backpackers' diary.


Why herbalife?xde kaitan dgn tema blog ini pn..herm actually backpackers need sufficient nutrition in order to complete the journey smoothly. xpancit n cukup tenaga untuk berjalan jauh sambil menggalas beg galas belakang. Sometimes bile travel Lisa akan kurangkan makan especially bile mengembara di negara yg xda bidet dlm tandas..huhu..takut susah pula kan..hehe. Lagi satu, nk jimat duit utk breakfast n dinner cuma mkn lunch mcm biasa. Tp kekadang bile p tpt yg susah nk cr mknn halal n jenis Lisa nie sgt malas membawa bekalan makanan so prefer benda yg simple, cepat n mudah disediakan. Thks Allah I found this nutrition, sbb ia cukup nutrisi yg diperlukan oleh bdn n sgt2 sesuai utk org yg pemalas n sibuk mcm Lisa.

Tahu benda ni since 2010, konon nk mkn sbb nk loose weight, tp disebabkan masih student, so x mampu la nk maintain minum. Skrg nie dh 3 minggu berjinak2 semula utk kuruskan bdn n ditambah pula dgn kualiti kesihatan yg tdk memuaskan. Cepat penat, lemau n berat badan makin bertambah2 n bile kurus, kurus cm jerangkung. Muke pula makin horrible dgn jerawat2 yg cuba memonopoli wajahku yg gebu giteww.haha

Dlm masa yg sama, memang tuhan nk tunjuk ler tu, my coach tibe2 mengajak Lisa ke HOM (Peluang Bisnes Herbalife) n dlm masa yg sama I need herbalife. So start drpd itu, Lisa memulakan diet yg sihat giteww. No worries I'll keep continue my food hunting since I only replace my breakfast n dinner with shake herbalife n eating lunch normal like u guys. Yeahh, saya masih lagi makan nasi. Yg bezanya, sy mgurangkan oily foods, fast food totally Big NO NO!Replace junk foods with veggies or fruits or biskut yg berkhasiat. Lastly drink plenty of water. 

Air memang penting utk badan kita melancarkan lagi fungsi2 badan kita n membuang semua toksin..nyah kau dari sini. Nutrisi yg lengkap tu pula akan diserap oleh badan. secara logiknya, kalo anda mkn benda yg baik pastinya ia akan memberikan kesihatan yg awesome!Amaran herbalife bukan ubat, ia tidak myembuhkan sebarang penyakit, ia cuma vitamin n nutrisi yg helping bdn kita lebih sihat. Ada faham?

My Daily routine with herbalife:

Breakfast and dinner:

French vanilla shake for my breakfast n dinner. Actually, ada 5 type of flavor yg boleh dipilih: Cappucino, strawberry, tropical fruit, chocolate n french vanilla. Minggu nie try vanilla, boleh jer campur flavor. Lagi best kalo blend with ice n fruits..awesome. Lisa so lazy, so I drink plain shake, shake the flavor into tumbler n it's ready.Still sedap what.Normally I using chill water,.baru best..sejuk2 giteww

Nielah yg byk mbantu Lisa utk kekal cergas sepanjang hari!
tea baik utk nyahtoksin, aloevera baik utk sistem pencernaan n utk kulit muka yg mulus. Omega pula baik utk kesihatan hati n blocking da kolestrol menempek kt vital organ. Lepas membalun mknn cm xingat dunia, jgn lupe utk mkn ini!
                                          


Apply this before sleeping. tekstur yg ringan n lembut sesuai utk semua jenis kulit especially sensitive n oily skin. Boleh guna muka n badan. So kaki travel make sure this thing to be included in ur backpack tau. Especially kalo p negara 4musim. It helps u to keep moisture for a long day!!

Alhamdulillah dlm masa 1 week usage, 1kg dh turun.Minggu lepas x timbang, tp Lisa rasa semakin ringan, sihat, bertenaga, kulit muka pun makin elok, jerawat susah nk bertandang dah. Baju n seluar dh longgar, I've build my muscle..nampak sgt kekurangan protein!!heheh..Besok xsabar nk jumpe coach n timbang..
