Let's learn Korean through Song
Have you watched Korean Drama "I Miss You?" I guess you guys must be
familiar with the OST called "Tears Are Falling."
Let's see the chorus part:
떨어진다 눈물이 뚝뚝
떨어진다 is derived from word 떠러지다 which is means "to be tear/drop"
Why put ㄴ? (because 지 is vowel)
To conjugate from to be form into adjective form
So, 딸어지 + ㄴ = 떨어진다
눈 = eyes
물 = water
이 = subject marker to emphasize what are you talking right now
뚝 = sound of raining
떨어진다 눈물이 뚝뚝
tears are falling!
Annyeong and have a blast weekend!
